Zetland East Village全套豪华家具电器拎包入住，2房+Study（Study房有放3张床的面积，带门带锁，另还有一个很大的储物衣柜）+2洗手间+1车位, 租金$1150/周

因为户型很好，地段很好（楼下就是商业超市餐厅，家里走出去就是6000平方米的空中花园），租的人太多，加上房东忙于移民和地产生意，为节省时间，所以2年起租，从2018年2月21日到2020年2月20日；4个星期押金，每季度交一次房租；正规出租，与中介公司签合同，您的押金交给政府管理。

相对周边其它的房子，租我这房子的6大优势：
1.       租金低，因为此单元房有一个Study，而且Study有放3张床的面积，Study内还有一个约9立方米的储物柜。就因为周边基本上没有2房+STUDY的户型，当时就为了这STUDY，购房时比其它的2房多花了将近10万澳币；租金低，比目前市场上拎包入住带全套家具的3房租金便宜$200/周；Zetland区不带家具电器的3房租金也要这个价格；! Y) C8 F4 ~- O- s
2.       豪华家居，拎包入住；超大入墙柜，3台空调，烤箱，煤气炉，抽油烟机，洗碗机，微波炉，超大屏幕液晶电视机，电视柜，冰箱，洗衣机，各房间有高档双人床及高级床垫（包括STUDY都有床及高级床垫）；桌子，沙发，打印机，家具电器全是2年左右该房子入伙自己住全新买来的；全套豪华家具电器，当时自己家住买的，所有家具电器都是新买的，不是在市场上东买西买买的二手货；
3.       独享空中花园，此单元房走出来几步就到了一个6000多平方米的空中花园，楼下就是几千平方米的商业，非常养眼愉悦的空中花园场所是周边其它公寓没有的，档次明显拉开很多；
4.       该公寓楼下面是大型商业零售，有几千平方米，有COLES，诸多不同国家风味的餐厅，咖啡厅，肉店，水果店，理发店，美容店，银行等等，商业繁华，购物吃饭等生活非常方便。
5.       高档公寓是新建的，才入伙2年左右的时间，正因为比其它周边其它高档，所以相对其它的公寓要安全很多……;
6.       最好的楼层：要出租的房子所在楼层也是最好的，既不在最顶层（担心热），也不在第五楼（因为第五层有的位置是停车的地方），房子视野很好，非常开阔。走出门就是空中花园；

走路4分钟到泰勒学院，10分钟到City，5分钟到UNSW，悉尼大学；距离greensquare 火车站走路十二分钟左右；BUS就在楼下门口位置；
